Produced by vinification in white of grapes following the classic method, Jovial has an elegant gilded perlage, a fresh, floral and pleasantly fruity aroma even though it has a dry taste however with a good aromatic and fragrant persistence .

Served among 7-8 Celsius degrees it is a good aperitif but it excels with risotti and fish soups.
