Cellar

The visitor is offered a blend of tradition and innovation: next to the old and picturesque Slavonian oak barrels for red-wine ageing stand modern stainless steel vats for the preservation of white wines along with a recently acquired series of “barriques”. These small precious oak barrels areused for further ageing of red wines so as to render them even more elegant and unique in structure. The so-called “barricati”, i.e. the ROERO and the BARBERA D’ALBA SUPERIORE, are the result of an ambitious project of renovation tending to conquer new markets, domestic and international.

In front of the cellar and within the farm house is a cosy tasting room for groups that have booked a guided visit and wine tastings in an informal and friendly atmosphere. These tastings include also the wines that are still in the barrels. The tranquil skyline of the surrounding hills in the background add a touch of magnificence to the lives of the people of this generous land that is called Piedmont, where the dreams of generations of vintners are coming true thanks to their commitment to the land and where the pleasures of the table have been nourished and renewed through the years.
