Barbera d’Alba “Balìcôra”

Barbera is old and respectable Piedmont wine. Rediscovered recently, BARBERO’S
winery has turned it into the jewel of its crown. Obtained from the vinification of
the best Barbera grapes, it ages in oak barrels, then in “barriques” for about 10
to 12 months and finally in bottles for 6 months. Its ruby red colour with violet
reflections and its intense bouquet with scents of ripe sour black cherry combine
with full taste and good structure and make it a perfect companion for beef,
roasted meat and game.
Serve at room temperature.
